摘要
目的 研究基底前脑神经元移植到海马后NOS阳性神经元膨体的变化,阐明脑组织移植后部分可塑性变化的规律.方法 雄性SD大鼠30只,每组6只动物在移植前一周行左侧穹窿-海马伞切断术.将胚胎14-16天基底前脑隔及斜角带区的细胞悬液移植入损伤倒海马,分别在移植后第7天、第14天、第30天和第60天取脑行NADPH-黄递酶组织化学染色.结果 移植后第7天NOS阳性神经元突起上有较多的神经膨体,其大小不等,间距不等.第14天和第30天这些膨体逐渐变得有大小和间距的规律性,60天时已无膨体.结论 一氧化氮合成酸在神经元移植后的纤维结构重塑方面发挥了一定的作用.
Objective To explore the diversity of varicosity of basal forebrain NOS positive neurons transplanted into host hippocam-pus, and observe the plasticity.Methods 30 male SD rats were divided into 5 groups,6 rats for each of group.The rats received unilateral transection of fimbria-fornix one week before transplantation. The basal forebrain cell suspensions were prepared from tissue obtained from E14 - 16 rats.The cell suspensions were injected into the hippocampus of injured rats.7,14,30 and 60 days after grafting, the rats were perfused, cut section. A series of every seond sections were used for NADPH-d enzyme histochemistry. Results There were many varicosities on fibers of NOS positive neurons at 7 days after transplantation, the size of shape and distance of varicosity varied. The varicosities had becom reglarity in size and distance at 14th and 30th days. There was no more varicosity at the 60th day. Conculsion The results show that nitric oxide synthase plays certain function in plasticity of fiber configuration after basal forebrain transplantation.
