用水迷宫检测大鼠空间辨别性学习记忆的探讨 被引量:17

摘要 目的 寻找把脑形态与功能结合起来加以研究的可靠方法.方法 用水迷宫训练大鼠建立空间辨别性学习记忆模型.结果 (1)用水迷宫每天训练10次,连续7天即可达到预定的模型标准;(2)用此方法建立的模型动物在海马结构内均表现出实验效应;(3)在建立模型的过程中发现在训练的第5天有学习的平台期出现.结论 水迷宫训练试验能有效地分辨大鼠的空间记忆能力. Objective Seeking behavioral experiment method which could appreciate both memory and morphology changes of rats. Methods The experiment was performed on 50 male rats weighting 100- ll0g,raised in the same room and conditions.The rat was trained ten times at a training day by water maze. The method of establishing the model was that first, rat was put into the water at the start point of wa-ter maze,then let it swim witllin the maze until it looked for the platform under the water at destination and off the water. The latent period, running time and errors' time were recorded.Results 96%(48:50) animals had attained the three standards:less than 5sec latent period,10 - 15sec running time and more than 90% correct ratio. As the training continued, the correct ratio increased ,but increasing speed became less obvious between training 4 and 5 days,and plateau period of learning and memory appeared and after that increased again.The running time and latent time became shorter with the increase of the trainig times and days. Conclusion It is effective in using the water maze to appreciate the spatial learning and memory of rats;it is reality to use the three standards to judge the model.
