摘要
目的:观察γ射线诱导鼻咽癌细胞凋亡情况。方法:显微荧光染色法和原位末端标记法观察放射线对人鼻咽癌细胞株(HNE1)凋亡情况进行研究。结果:γ射线0、3、6、9、12、25Gy照射后HNE1细胞凋亡率荧光法分别为5.5%、9.5%、12%、25.5%、35.5%、65.5%;末端标记法分别为1.5%、11%、15.5%、21.5%、26.5%及50.5%。结论:放射诱导凋亡在HNE1放射效应中起重要作用,其凋亡率随照射剂量增加明显提高。
Objective: To investigate the effect of radiationinduced apoptosis in nasopharygeal carcinoma cells. Methods: Nasopharygeal carcinoma cell lines (HNE1) in vitro were observed with the fluorescence microscopy (FM) and in situ end labeling (ISEL) after gamma radiation. Results: After the irradiation of 0, 3, 6, 9, 12 and 25Gy, AP rates of HNE1 were 5.5%, 9.5%, 12%, 25.5%, 35.5% and 65.5% respectively in FM and 1.5%, 11%, 15.5%, 21.5%, 26.5% and 50.5% respectively in ISEL. Conclusion: Radiationinduced apoptosis plays an important role in HNE1 radiation response. AP rates of HNE1 enhance significantly with the increase of radiation doses.
