基于FPGA&FLASH实现非制冷IRFPA实时两点校正的研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过对IRFPA非均匀性产生的原因分析,提出了一种基于FPGA&FLASH的处理方案,能够实现对红外探测器输出图像进行校正处理。实验结果表明:该方案有效的解决了器件各探测单元的非均匀性,有效提高成像质量。 With the continue development of technology, the uncooled infrared focal plane array has becomed one of the key technology which promote the develop of defense. But because of the limit of material and manufacture technology, the different between pixel unit brought in nonuniformity which cause the deteriorate of image quality, and the nonuniformity must be corrected before used. A nonuniformity correction processing based on FPGA&FLASH has been proposed in this article to solve the problem. The test results proved that the experiment is actually reach the theory conclusion, and can be used in real time nonuniformity correction in Uncooled IRFPA image processing.
