摘要 论述了非制冷红外焦平面阵列数据采集系统的重要性,并简要分析了现阶段采集系统的缺点,在此基础上使用NI高速数字I/O卡,将其与信号处理电路、虚拟仪器结合起来,运用图形化编程软件NI Labview2009编制上位机程序,并通过外部接口调用CLN节点以及MATLAB script节点,完成对芯片噪声性能的测试以及实时校正成像。实验表明:系统具有良好的稳定性,使用方便,人机交互界面友好,为非制冷红外焦平面阵列的测试以及实时成像系统的开发提供了一个新的思路。 The significance of data acquisition system of UFPA is analyzed, with a brief evaluation on its defects. Based on this, we puts forward a corresponding solution, that is, with the aid of high-speed digital processing card I/O, which would then be combined with the signal processing circuit and Virtual Instrument, and graphic programming NI Labview2009, the programming of upper computer can be realized. Through the external interfaces and the calling of CLN, MATLAB script pitch point, the noise performance of the chip can be testified and the real-time correction imaging can be realized. The experiment shows that the system is featured by better stability, easy accessibility as well as an amiable person-computer alternation interface. A new idea for the testing of UFPA and the exploration of the real-time correction imaging system is presented.
