摘要 从低噪声角度出发,设计了基于640×480的高信噪比非制冷红外采集系统。对精密偏置电压、信号滤波以及高速模数转换提供了详细设计思路和实现方法。测试结果表明本系统在积分时间为64μs的情况下,取得了像元平均NETD值为223 m K的优良信噪比特性。 On the principle of low noise characteristic, a high SNR acquisition system was designed based on a 640× 480 uncooled infrared sensor. The paper gives a detailed description and realization of precise bias voltages, signal filtering and high speed A/D conversion. The test result showed that the system had achieved an excellent SNR characteristic with average NETD value of 223 mK.
