摘要
从理想层面看,公平视野下义务教育的均衡化必须以正义为尺度。这有助于实现均衡化义务教育的要求,即平衡个体偏向与社会依赖、精神与物质、差异与均等之间的关系。然而学校发展所依赖的条件、教育相关人员的利益趋向以及精神的内隐性和教育的长效性等,往往成为义务教育均衡化的实践障碍。这种情况下,优质均衡则可能成为义务教育均衡发展的一种实践之路。
The equalization of compulsory education must he measured by the principle of justice, which is to balance the relationships betweens individuals and society, spiritual and material, quality and equality. However, our compulsory education are mostly passive, and pursuing personal interests is also the motive of educators and other people who deeply effect educations. Moreover, spirits" invisible modes and long effectiveness of education made the ideal practice of equalization difficult and even impossible. Under this circumstances, high-quality equalization may become the best choice for us to solve these problems, and to realize this aim.
