摘要
目的:分析12例药品不良反应/不良事件(ADR/ADE)死亡报告,增强公众安全用药意识,降低用药风险。方法:对我中心2010年1～12月收集到的12例ADR/ADE死亡报告进行汇总,从患者性别、年龄、药品名称、给药途径、联合用药情况、关联性评价及典型案例分析方面做综合分析。结果与结论:ADR/ADE导致死亡的发生原因与多种因素有关。不合理用药、个体差异、疫苗接种、中药注射剂给药方面应引起足够重视。
Objective：To analyze 12 cases of ADR/ADE death reports to enhance the public awareness of safe drug use and reduce its risks. Method ： Comprehensive analyses were made in different respects including the patient ＇ s gender, age, drug name, obtaining method, combined drug use, relevance evaluation and study of typical cases. The objects of study were 12 cases of ADR/ADE death reports collected by the center from January to December 2010. Result and Conclusion ： A variety of factors could contribute to the ADR/ADE deaths. Therefore, enough emphasis shall be put on the solution of the irrational drug use and observation of individual difference, vaccine inoculation and traditional Chinese medicine injection.
