摘要
目的:运用经济与精神激励机制鼓励门诊输液护士监测药品不良反应,书写药品不良反应报告单,落实药品不良反应报告制度。方法:由医院药学服务部执行,以报告和书写合格的药品不良反应例数为单位进行经济激励,与科室的精神激励结合。结果:2008～2009年实施激励机制以来,自愿报告不良反应数量和质量明显提高,不良反应报告数量与2007年相比分别增长了13.3、10.6倍,医院药学服务部应用该资料在门诊调节药物使用方法分别为2次、5次,根据该资料停止使用药品批次分别为1次、3次。结论:经济加精神激励机制对护士药品不良反应监测有一定作用,为上市后药品的进一步评价提供了宝贵资料。
Objective：Encouraged nurses of outpatient transfusion service on economic and spiritual inspired mechanism to monitor of drug adverse reaction,wrote report of drug adverse reaction and deal the system of system.Methods：Combined the spiritual inspired and economic stimulates on quantity of report and write eligible drug adverse reaction by department of pharmacy sercice.Results：In 2008-2009,the quantity of drug adverse reaction report were increased 13.3,10.6 times than 2007 respectively.The adjustment by department of pharmacy sercice on medicine use with the data were 2,5 respectively,and the stop of medicine use were 1,3 times respectively.Conclusion：Combined the spiritual inspired and economic stimulates can benefit to help nurses monitor of drug adverse reaction and provide important data to the advanced evaluation to the medicine on the market.
