摘要
目的分类分析药品不良反应的发生状况,为合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性分类统计,总结不良反应的发生状况。结果720例药品不良反应病例涉及药品301种,其中化学药品184种,抗生素50种,中成药48种。男性411例,女性309例。结论注射方式给药,特别是静脉滴注方式混合给药药品不良反应发生率较高。
Objective To classify and analyse information of adverse drug reactions（ADR）, offering references for reasonable application of drug. Method According to the result of statistics ,complexions of adverse drug reactions （ADR） were analyzed retrospectively. Results 720 ADR cases relate to 301 species of drugs, chemical drug 168, antibiotics 50,traditional Chinese medicine 48, male 411 cases and female 309 cases. Conclusion Occurrence rate of ADR was very high by injections,especially injecting the mixture of drugs.
