综述了咖啡中赭曲霉毒素A的污染情况、检测方法及预防措施等,为进一步研究咖啡中赭曲霉毒素A的污染提供了参考。
The pollution situation,test method and prevention measures of ochratoxin A in coffee are reviewed in this paper to provide reference value for the control of the food safety in future.
