摘要
目的:建立鹿茸药材中总磷脂含量测定方法,以评价不同商品地鹿茸药材的质量。方法:采用Folch试剂超声提取,钼蓝试剂显色,分光光度法测定。结果:样品中总磷脂含量以磷计的回归方程y=0.0205x+0.0032(r=0.9997),线性范围在2.3～80.5μg,平均回收率为93.01%,RSD=2.2%(n=5)。结论:该方法操作简便,方法学考察结果理想,可作为鹿茸药材质量控制的方法。
Objective：To establish the method for determining the content of total phospholipids in Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum and evaluate the quality of Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum from different collecting area.Methods：After extracting by folch agent,Moly-blue agent display color and adopting Ui-vis to determine the content of total phospholipids in Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum from ten different collecting areas.Results：The linear equation of phosphonium is y=0.0205x＋0.0032（r=0.99965）,the range of linearity from 2.3 to80.5μg,the average recovery was 93.01%RSD=2.2%（n=5）.Conclusion：The above method to determine the content of total phospholipids in Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum is brief,both recur and precision density are all right.it can pilot quality control of the Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum.
