摘要
目的:探讨不同规格梅花鹿和马鹿鹿茸的有效成分之间的相互关系。方法:以不同品种及规格鹿茸中总氨基酸、核苷组分、磷脂组分、胆固醇、多胺的、水溶性蛋白质及总磷脂含量为特征变量;采用SPSS 20. 0软件统计这些变量之间的相关性。结果:鹿茸中磷脂和多胺显著的正相关,马鹿茸中磷脂组分与水溶性蛋白和胆固醇,总核苷与总氨基酸成极显著的正相关;总磷脂和总核苷呈极显著的负相关。梅花鹿总核苷与水溶性蛋白呈显著的正相关,(P 〈0. 05)。结论:不同品种不同规格鹿茸部分营养成分之间呈显著的正相关或负相关,通过相关关系为评价鹿茸质量提供借鉴。
Objective: To explore the relationship between the effective components of Cervus elaphus Linnaeus and Cervus nippon Temminck. Methods: Correlation analysis method by SPSS 20. 0 was employed to study the characteristics of velvet antler based on the data analysis of the content of total amino acid,water soluble protein,total phospho lipid,phospholipids,nucleoside,polyamine and cholesterol in different species and specifications of velvet antler. Results:There was a significant positive correlation between phospholipids and polyamines in velvet antler,and between phospholipid and water-soluble protein,phospholipids and cholesterol,total nucleoside and total amino acids in Cervus elaphus Linnaeus,nucleoside and water-soluble protein in Cervus nippon Temminck. Total phospholipid and total nucleoside in Cervus elaphus Linnaeus were significantly negative. Conclusions: There was a significant positive correlation or negative correlation between the different species and specifications of velvet antler. Grey correlation model can sequence the quality of velvet antler. All these can be used to evaluate the quality of velvet antler.
