摘要
目的 测定分析中国新疆塔里木马鹿茸、东北马鹿茸和东北梅花鹿茸不同部位中无机元素含量。方法 采用原子吸收光谱法和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法。结果 从所测鹿茸各部位均检测出26种无机元素。其中包括5种人体必需的常量元素Ca、P、Na、Mg、K和11种人体必需的微量元素Fe、Cr、Cu、Sr、Ni、Zn、Mo、Co、Mn、V、Sn。结论 各鹿茸不同部位的无机元素种类相同,同一元素在同一鹿茸不同部位的含量有一定差异;同一元素在不同鹿茸相同部位中的含量也有差异。
ObjectiveTo determine and analyze inorganic element of the wapiti velvet antler segments (top, middle & basis,three segments) from Xinjiang talimu and Northeast region in china, velvet antler segments from Northeast Sika deer in china. Methodsusing atomic absorption and ICP spectrometry. ResultsAll velvet antler segments examined 26 inorganic elements,including 5 essential constant elements for human body also including Ca、P、Na,Mg and K and 11 kinds of macro-elements; Fe, Cr, Cu, Sr, Ni ,Zn, Mo, Co, Mn,V and Sn,etc.It is essential for human body.ConclusionIn each velvet antler segment (top, middle & basis,three segments),inorganic element category is identical.Inorganic element has a little bit difference in each segment;they also have certain difference in the same segment.
