摘要
目的研究cerbB-2蛋白表达与鼻咽癌64排CT表现的关系。方法经活检病理证实的鼻咽癌30例,均行64排螺旋CT扫描,收集CT征象,采用免疫组织化学方法检测cerbB-2蛋白表达情况,并分析CT征象与cerbB-2蛋白表达的相应关系。结果 cerbB-2蛋白阳性表达率与鼻咽癌肿块的多少及部位无关,差异无显著性意义(p>0.05);cerbB-2蛋白阳性表达率的程度与咽旁脂肪间隙是否消失、后鼻道、上颌窦有无侵及、以及颅底骨质是否破坏、颈部淋巴结有无转移有关,差异有显著性意义,(p<0.05)。结论 cerbB-2蛋白在鼻咽癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,其阳性表达程度与鼻咽癌的浸润深度和转移率有一定的相关性,因此cerbB-2蛋白表达率可作为评价鼻咽癌CT表现恶性程度及预后的指标。
Objective To study the relationship between the expression of cerbB-2 and 64-CT findings of nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）.Methods 30 patients of NPC were confirmed by biopsy with 64-CT scanning,then the relationship between the expressions of cerbB-2 and CT features was analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of cerbB-2 were difference non-significance in the sugar of the tumor and location.（p 0.05）The positive expression rates of cerbB-2 were significance in para pharyngeal space narrowing were showed and without,in posterior naris involved and without,in lower pharyngeal involved and without,inbone destruction of skull base and without,in lymph node metastasis in neck and without,（p 0.05）.Conclusions cerbB-2 might play an important role in the pathegesis and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.cerbB-2 protein expression was correlated with invasive depth and prognosis metastasis.The positive expression rates of cerbB-2 could be served as indicator for predicting prognosis and malignancy of CT findings of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and prognosis.
