摘要
目的:探讨C-erbB-2蛋白在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达与淋巴结转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法(SP法)检测60例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中C-erbB-2蛋白、雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PR)的表达,分析其与临床病理指标的关系。结果:60例乳腺癌组织中C-erbB-2蛋白阳性表达占45.00%(27/60),阳性表达率与肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移、组织学分级比较差异有统计学意义,并与ER、PR呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:C-erbB-2蛋白与乳腺浸润性导管癌侵袭和转移密切相关,可作为判断乳腺癌预后的一个重要指标。
Objective..To investigate the expression of C-erbB-2 protein in breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma and its role in lymph node metastasis. Methods ：Use immunohistochemical method（SP method）to detect the expression of C-erbB-2 protein,Estrogen Recepto and Progesterone Receptor in breast cancer. Results：Twenty ceven cases among 60 cases of breast cancer showed positive expression rate was 45.00~. Positive overexpression of C-erbB-2 was sig nificantly different from tumor size,lymph node metastasis and histological grade of breast cancer and it was in nega- tive correlation with ER and PR. Conclusion：The positive expression of C erbB-2 plays an important role in human breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma and lylmph node metastasis and can become an important index in judging the prognosis of breast cancer.
