摘要
以红地球葡萄试管苗为试材,研究了不同形态和配比的氮素供应水平对葡萄试管苗氮素代谢的影响.结果表明:随培养基中NH4+—N所占比例的升高,GS活力增加.当NH4+—N:NO3-—N为5:5时,GS活力最高.硝酸还原酶活性(NR)随着培养基中NO3-—N比例的增加而升高,且随着培养基中NO3-—N比例的增加,试管苗体内的NO3-—N含量增加.
In the experiment,the Grape Plantlets in Vitro was used as experimental material,study the effects of different nitrogen forms and ratios on metabolism of nitrogen.The results showed that GS(glutamine synthetase) activity increased with the ratio of NH4+—N.In comparison with other treatments GS activity was the highest.whin the ratio of NH4 +—N to NO3-—N was 5:5.NR(Nitrate Reductase) activity increased with the increase of the ratio of NO3-—N.At the same time nitrate accumulation increased.The nitrate accumulation decreased with NR activity increased.Nitrate accumulation was significantly negatively correlated to the activity of NR.
