摘要
为了探索光照强度对工厂化棉苗形态和生理特性的影响,采用不同的光照强度,测定不同出苗天数工厂化棉苗的单株鲜重、根鲜重、有效根数、根叶比、叶片数、叶片厚度、叶重、叶片水势、叶绿素含量等指标。结果表明:随着光照强度的增加,不同出苗天数棉苗各项指标都增加,可见,高光照对工厂化棉苗的生长发育有一定的促进作用。同时,随着光照强度的增加,棉花返苗期缩短。综合来看,出苗20d的棉苗最适合移栽。
In order to explore the effect of light intensity on the physiological and morphological characteristics of cotton industrialized seedlings, plant weight, root weight, effective root number, RLR, leaf number, leaf thickness, leaf weight, leaf water potential and Chlorophyll content have been measured under different light intensity. Result showed that the morphological indica- tors of cotton increased with the light intensity. The morphological indicators among different light intensity varied significantly, moreover, plant weight, effective root number, leaf thickness and leaf weight reached the maximum value under high light density. Under the high light intensity leaf water potential reached the minimum vale in the 10-day-old and reached the maximum value in 15-day-old. Leaf water potential declined more rapidly comparing to those of other two treatments. The leaf water potential of three treatments increased in the 15-day-old, however, the chlorophyll content was lower than those of other two treatments.
