摘要 本文报道了一种耐高温抗盐的有机钛交联水解聚丙烯腈钠冻胶堵剂。该堵剂在 150 ℃放置180 天后粘度仍高达100 Pa·s。用矿化度 1 .2 ×105 mg/ L 的盐水配制的堵剂,其强度与用清水配制的堵剂相差不大。该堵剂产品为粉剂,搅拌20 —30 分钟即可溶解。介绍了该堵剂在油井堵水和水井调剖中的应用情况。 The titled system is an aqueous solution of Na HPAN(3-15%), Chromoorganic crosslinker XHS(0.05-2%) and a thermal stabilizer (0.03-0.5%). All its components are mixed together to give a readily soluble powder. The prepared solution has viscosity 30—90 mPa·s(ambient temp, 6.4 1/s) and forms gel of viscosity 40—180 Pa·s(90℃,2.7 1/s) in 4—24 hrs at 90—150℃. The gel is stable at ≤150℃ at least in 180 days. The solution can be prepared with brines of TDS up to 1.26×10 5 ppm as well as fresh water. The system is selective in some extent. The uses of this system for water shutoff in 4 production wells and for profile modification in 2 water injection wells at Gudong Oil Fields, Shengli, are described briefly.
