摘要 通过对高温条件下裂缝性油藏化学堵水工艺技术的研究,依据甲醛与聚丙烯酰胺、甲醛与酚和酚醛树脂与聚丙烯酰胺发生缩聚反应,形成凝胶原理,研制出适合于高温条件下裂缝性油藏的化学堵水剂。该堵水剂在地面条件下不交联,在地层条件下有较强的热稳定性、抗氧化性和抗冲刷能力。该堵剂用调节pH值及变化配方等方法,在70~130℃下可控制成胶时间,在成胶前有较好的泵送性和在孔隙中的滞留能力。经现场实用,其工艺成功率为100%,堵水成功率为75%以上。是堵水、增产的一可行方法。 Based upon the study of the chemical water plugging technique in fractured pool under high temperature condition, a kind of chemical water plugging agent in fractured pool under high temperature condition was developed according to the principle that gel can be formed by polycondensation between formaldehyde and polyacrylamide, formaldehyde and phenol, phenolic resin and polyacrylamide. This kind of water plugging agent will not crosslinked with each other and has a better thermal stability, anti oxidization and flushing resistance under surface condition. Through the means of pH adjusting and formula modification, the time for gel formation can be controlled under the temperature of 70 ̄130℃. It has favorable pumping ability and retention ability in pores. It is proved to be 100% successful in technique and the success rate in water plugging is over 75% by practice and can be used as a feasible way for water plugging and production increase.
