摘要
通过两步法合成了HPAM用稳定剂RL-1,运用正交实验找出最佳合成反应温度、第一阶段反应时间、第二阶段反应加碱时间和持续反应时间分别为65℃、15min、15min、10min。将稳定剂RL-1加入HPAM溶液以及实验室自制的延缓交联剂L-2和其它添加剂,形成弱凝胶体系。对这一体系的耐温抗盐性能进行分析。实验表明,在稳定剂RL-1的用量为4%的情况下,该种体系能够耐温100℃、抗盐250 000mg/L(其中Ca2+: 4 000mg/L)。
This article adopts two step-method to synthesize the stabilizer RL-1 and finds out the suitable conditions: the reaction temperature is 65℃,the first reaction time is 15min,the second time is 15min,and the continuous time is 10min. We studies the system of HPAM and the stabilizer and organic acid aluminum salt cross-linker agent L-2 developed by ourselves and evaluated it. When RL-1's dosage is 4%, temperature resistance is 100℃,salt tolerance is 0~250000mg/l.
