NGAL在糖脂代谢及炎症中的作用 被引量：3

摘要 中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin,NGAL)属于lipocalin家族蛋白,在不同的病理生理状态下,可与相应配体结合,表现出复杂多样的生物功能,广泛参与细胞的生长、分化、代谢及免疫等。新近研究表明,NGAL参与细胞的糖脂代谢及能量调节,既参与急性细菌性炎症免疫反应,同时也调节慢性炎症反应。本文综合分析NGAL参与糖脂代谢和慢性炎症的机理,探讨NGAL在糖脂代谢紊乱与慢性炎症反应疾病的重要连结点作用,为糖脂代谢紊乱相关疾病提供潜在的研究靶点。
