摘要
大学教师专业发展已经成为众多学者研究和探索的一个领域。在大学教师专业发展的视域里对大学教学有着与传统观点不同的理解与阐释。教学作为大学的原生性职能,始终是大学教师专业发展的核心内容。从已有的关于大学教师专业发展的成果,以及现实中大多数大学教师在教学中所秉持的理念和开展的活动来看,大学教学需要进一步强调和体现教学的整合性、学术性和公共性。
University teacher professional development is an area which has been much explored by a large number of scholars and researchers.In the perspective of university teacher professional development,the understanding and interpretation of university teaching is different from the traditional view.As the original function of university,teaching has always been the core of university teacher professional development.From the present results of university teacher professional development as well as the teaching philosophy held in reality by the majority of university teachers in teaching and other activities,it is necessary for university teaching to further emphasize and reflect the integrative,academic and public nature of teaching.
