摘要
管理学是一门实践性和应用性很强的学科,要达到良好的教学效果,就必须重视实践教学。针对大学本科管理学课程实践教学的现状,从培养学生管理的基础能力、职能能力和综合能力三个层次提出相应的管理学实践教学内容和方法,以构建管理学课程实践教学体系。
Management is a subject emphasizing practice and application.The teaching of management should focus on practice in order to achieve better teaching result.This paper discusses the present state of management practical teaching,presents contents and methods for the cultivation of students＇ elementary,functional and comprehensive ability in management for the purpose of constructing a practical teaching system of management.
