摘要
管理学是一门实践性和应用性很强的学科,这种实践性和应用性决定了实践教学在整个管理学教学中的重要性。针对应用型本科管理学教学,文章提出了管理学实践教学的四层目标和指导思想,构建了由三大模块八个实践教学单元组成的实践教学体系,并对于之相配合的实践教学方法和内容进行了设计。
Management is a very practical and applicable subject; such practice and application determine how important the practical teaching is within the entire teaching process of management. According to the teaching of management, the article lodges 4-step objectives and leading perspectives of practical teaching for the management course, and establishes a practical teaching system which is formed by 3 modules and 8 practical teaching units. In addition, conduct a series of design work for these practical teaching methods and contents.
