摘要
"管理学"是高校管理类专业的基础课程和核心课程,非常注重实践性,但是目前应用型本科管理类专业在"管理学"课程教学中普遍存在实践教学环节薄弱的问题,严重影响了应用型管理人才的培养。因此,必须改革目前的教学方法,加强案例教学、游戏教学、角色扮演、管理模拟、校企共建实习基地等实践教学方法的应用,提高学生的实践能力和管理技能,满足社会对应用型管理人才的需求。
Management course is a core course for those majoring in management in universities. It focuses mainly on practice. However, it is presently a common situation that less importance is attached to practical teaching method during the process of teaching management course for undergraduates in universities, which seriously influences the cultivation of application-based managerial talents. So, it is necessary to reform the present teaching methods, strengthening the application of case-study method, game-play method, role-play method, management-model method and practice-base jointly established by university and enterprise so as to improve students' Practical abilities and managerial skills and meet the social requirement for application-oriented managerial talents.
