摘要 首先介绍了应用SLP法和SHA法进行平面布置设计的过程及基本要素分析、物流分析、程序分析和相互关系分析等,提出了基于SLP和SHA结合的企业物流系统平面再布置设计分析方法;然后以某企业为研究对象,对其生产过程及物流情况进行分析研究,以物流搬运量最低为目标,应用SLP和SHA的方法对部门内设施及物流系统进行再布置设计及评估,通过对比,得出了车间物流更加顺畅、运输路线缩短、缩短生产周期和降低生产成本。 Firstly, application of SLP and SHA method in design course of general layout is introduced including basic dement analysis, logistics analysis, procedure analysis, interrelation analysis. The method is offered which design the layout rearrangement of enterprise logistics based on the combination of SLP and SHA. Then aiming at achieving the lowest transportation amount, analyzing the producing procedure and logistics status in a certain corporation, the installation and logistics systems are rearranged and reassessed in a department of the plant adopting the theory of SLP and SHA. Through contrasting, the result is found that workshop attains the logistics smooth, transport the route the most short, shorten to produce period and lower the factor cost.
