摘要
文章解读了库恩的"范式"理论,认为该理论对社区教育研究具有重要借鉴价值。研究表明,我国社区教育研究存在几个方面的问题:研究主体力量薄弱,人才培养体系不完善;研究主题和研究方法有待拓展与创新,学科价值未能体现,方法论范式没有形成。基于此,文章对我国社区教育研究提出了设想:建立系统的科研机构、构建人才培养体系,促进研究共同体的形成;拓展研究范畴,体现学科价值;借鉴成熟学科的研究方法,以促进方法论范式的形成。
The paper defines the Coone ＂Normalization＂ Theory,and deems that the theory is important to the research of community education.Research shows that there are some problems in research of our community education.The main research forces and talent training system is poor.Research topic and method need to be developed.The value of subject and the methodology paradigm has not been materialized.Therefore,there are some assumes——establish a system of scientific research institutions and a system of talent training to promote the formation of the community,expand the category of subjects to materialize scientific value,and use mature methods of research to promote the normalization of the methodology.
