摘要
库恩范式理论揭示了科学发展的结构性和过程性,对发掘创新的过程性和结构性具有重要的启示意义。创新范式的建立是对创新资源要素的聚集整合,同时又是对创新思维与方法体系的新探索。创新的实质在于实现创新范式的建立和新旧范式之间的结构性转换。创新的意义在于实现以一种非线性价值函数的"聚变"效应。创新的哲学内涵,不仅是对新观念、新方法、新标准和新关系的建立,而且是对新价值的创造,以一种创新范式的结构性转换赋予创新要素新的定位、功能和价值,产生出一种超越各个要素部分总和的价值转化能力。
Thomas Kuhn analyzes the structure and the process of science development in his Paradigm theory.Simul-taneously,this theory is significant for reflecting the generating process and developing structure of innovation.The establishing paradigm of innovation equates to gather the innovation factors and explore the innovation thoughts and methodologies.The essence of innovation consists in establishing new innovative paradigms,and implementing the structural conversions between the new innovational paradigms and the old ones.The significance of innovation is to a-chieve the＂fusion＂ effects of the nonlinear value function.The philosophical connotation of innovation is not only the establishment of new concept,new method,new standards and new relationship,but also the creation of new value, which endows innovative elements new orientation,function as well as value through a kind of structural transforma-tion with innovative paradigm.As a result,a kind of competence to transform values will be produced,whose total value is absolutely beyond the summation of all elements.
