摘要
以半消光PET 切片为原料,对133 dtex/96 f 涤纶细旦POY 生产工艺进行了探索,提出选择适宜的风速、风压、风温、集束位置等,控制纤维的条干均匀率,以提高纤维的性能,且纺丝温度控制在285~291℃及控制好卷绕成形,纺丝效果好,并可防止出现飘丝、毛丝等异常现象。
Choosing semi\|dull PET chips as the raw material, the production process for 133 dtex/96f fine denier PET POY was explored. It was suggested that the proper quenching conditions (velocity, pressure and temperature), collection position and well controlled evenness could improve the fiber properties; moreover, the problem of drift filament and split filament could be avoided and the spinning result would be good when the spinning temperature was given in the range of 285~291℃ and the winding formation was well controlled.
