摘要
以甘蔗渣为原料,研究了影响木糖生产的3个主要因素:压力,酸浓度,水解时间。结果表明,水解压力0.1MPa,酸浓度2％,时间50min,此时木糖得率为78.56％。而在1％H_2SO_4,0.6MPa,10min条件下蒸爆,木糖得率约为80％为最佳条件。
Xylose is a kind of sweet and nutritive sugar. It can be produced from bagasse. Three main factors of steam pressure, acid concentration and hydrolysis time were studied. The results show that treatment at 0. 1MPa with 2%H2SO4 for 50min results in a high xylose yield.
