摘要
与传统带式无级变速器(CVT)相比,剖分变径式无级变速器改变了传动带工作直径变化的方式,减小了作用在传动带侧面的挤压力,从而减小了由此产生的传动带过大磨损等问题;给出了新型CVT机构参数设计公式,并对其传动能力及包角变化进行了分析,为剖分变径式无级变速器的开发奠定基础。
Compared with the traditional V-beh CVT, the split and variable-radius CVT changes the varying method of the transmission belt' s working diameters, eliminates the pressing force acting on the side of transmission belt, and hereby, the wear is reduced. Furthermore, some formulas of the new CVT organ design are concluded, and its transmission capacity and changes in working angle are analyzed, which can lay the foundation for improving the new type CVT.
