摘要
该文首先总结了当今旧城更新的现实与问题,分析了开放建筑思想运用到旧城更新中的必要性与可行性,最后提出以开放建筑思想为主导的旧城更新可能的方法与机制。
The thesis first concludes the situations and problems of cites＇ rehibilatation in our society nowadays,and then analyses necessities and viabilities of the ideology of open-building used in the cities＇ rehibilatation,finally comes up with the methods and mechanisms of cities＇rehibilatation led by the ideology of open-builing.
