摘要
住宅是满足人类需要的人工庇护场所和基地。住宅的生命力要求住宅随住户的不同及时间的变化都能满足使用功能的要求，本文就发展业主，设计者及住户均满意的可变住宅及其建筑类型结构体系提出的一些看法。
Residence is the artificial shelter place and base to meet the people's needs. The vatality of residence requires that the residence should meet the needs of the usable function with different households and with the change of time. This article puts formard some views on the variable residence and its building type and structure system satisfied by the owner of the estate, designer and the resident as well.
