摘要
将全面成本管理的思想运用于项目成本管理,并结合A公司的实际情况,探讨通过全员、全过程、全面的成本管理,实现对项目成本的事前、事中、事后全面控制,以在满足项目质量、工期、安全要求前提下,实现项目成本最低的目标。
In this paper, the concept of total cost management （TCM） is applied to project cost management, combined with the actual situation of company A. And it is discussed that companies can achieve complete control of project cost according to exploring full staff, whole process and comprehensive cost management. Therefore, using the cost control model, the object of minimum project cost can be achieved under the premise that the requirements of project quality, schedule and safety are met.
