摘要
长期以来,人们认识到血小板在生理性止血以及某些病理情况下如血栓和动脉粥样硬化中有重要作用。因此,血小板成为抗心脑血管疾病治疗的关键。当前药物治疗存在一些问题如耐药性及副作用。近几年大量具有抗血小板作用的中药被开发。在本篇综述中,笔者从干预血小板的黏附性、聚集性及释放等方面归纳了近5年来文献报道的中药复方和提取物的作用,并且得出结论:许多中药被证实具有抗血小板的作用,但其作用机制有待进一步研究。
Platelets have long been recognized to play an important role in haemostasis as well as in some pathological conditions such as thrombosis and atherosclerosis.The platelets have therefore become a key target in therapies to combat cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.However there are some problems in current approaches such as drug resistance and side effects.In recent years,a number of traditional Chinese medicines with anti-platelet function have been discovered.In this review,we summarized their anti-platelet effects and mechanisms from three aspects：platelet adhesion,aggregation and release,but their mechanisms remain to be further studied.
