摘要
目的：探讨中药养心通脉方（YX）对大鼠血液流变学和血小板聚集的影响。方法：将SD大鼠随机分为生理盐水、阿司匹林（ASP）、YX小剂量和YX大剂量组，给药3d后采血。采用锥-板式血黏度计测定全血黏度，文氏法测定红细胞压积，比浊法测定血小板聚集性。结果：各给药组对大鼠全血黏度和红细胞压积均有明显改善作用（P〈0．05～0．001），且YX组呈现一定的量-效关系；YX组在低切速时对全血黏度的改善作用优于ASP组。YX体内给药对二磷酸腺苷诱导的大鼠血小板聚集有明显抑制作用，YX大剂量组与ASP组作用强度相当。结论：YX对大鼠血液流变学和血小板聚集具有明显改善作用，该作用可能是其治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效机制之一。
Objective：To investigate the effect of Yangxintongmaifang（YX） on hemorheology and platelet aggregation in rats. Methods：SD rats were randomly divided into 0.9% Nacl group, Aspirin group,low doses YX decoction group and high doses YX decoction group. Blood samples were collected 3 days after administeration. The whole blood viscosity was assayed with rotational viscometer. Hematocrit was assayed with wintrobe method. Platelet aggregation was assayed with turbidirmetry. Results.. Each group had a significent improvement in the whole blood viscosity and hematocrit in rats （P 〈 0.05-0.001 ） and the effect of the YX group was in a dose-dependent manner. Improvement of the whole blood viscosity at low shear rat in the YX group was superior to that in the Aspirin group. There was a significant suppression to the platelet aggregation in rats induced by ADP by treating in vivo with YX, the effect of the high dosie YX group was found equal to that of the Aspirin group. Conclusion：Yangxintongmaifang can obviously improve the hemorheology and platelet aggregation in rats. The effect may be one of the definite effect＇s mechanisms in treating CHF.
