摘要
目的:研究强力天麻杜仲胶囊对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的保护作用。方法:采用线栓法制备大脑中动脉局灶性脑缺血模型,观测对比脑缺血大鼠给药组和模型组的各项指标。结果:强力天麻杜仲胶囊能抑制脑缺血大鼠血液流变性升高,减少脑缺血时的脑含水量,对线栓所致的血小板聚集有明显的抑制作用,与缺血模型组相比均有显著性差异。结论:强力天麻杜仲胶囊对大鼠局灶性脑缺血有保护作用。
Objective：To study the protective effect of Qiangli Tianma Duzhong capsule on the focal cerebral ischemia. Methods： the cerebral artery focal ischemia model of rat was made by thread method to observe the indicators of experimental group and model group. Results： Qiangli Tialuna Duzhong capsule can reduce blood rheology of cerebral ischemia in rats, decreased the content brain water on cerebral ischemia model and inhibited the platelet aggregation significantly. There was a significant difference compare with ischemia model group. Conclusion： Qiangli Tianma Duzhong capsule can protect the rat with focal cerebral ischemia.
