摘要
从企业成长过程的分析中发现,企业自主创新的过程就是企业的成长过程,是谋求企业成长力的关键所在。从沈阳机床成功的自主创新发展模式中,我们总结出,弘扬企业家精神是提升企业自主创新能力,谋求企业成长的动力;加速创新人才培养是提升企业自主创新能力,谋求企业成长的源泉;加强协同创新是提升企业自主创新能力,谋求企业成长的关键;强化政府在企业创新力上的引导和政策扶持作用是提升企业自主创新能力,谋求企业成长的外因;优化企业自主创新法律环境是提升企业自主创新能力,谋求企业成长的保障。
From the analysis of the growth process of the enterprise,found that the process of independent innovation of enterprises is the process of business growing,is the key to seek business growth force.From the successful innovation development model of Shenyang Machine Tool Co.Ltd,we conclude that promoting entrepreneurship is the motivation to enhance the capability of independent innovation,and to seek business growth; accelerating innovation personnel training is the source;strengthening collaborative innovation is the key;strengthening the government guidance and policy support in the innovation of the enterprise is the external casuse;and optimizing legal environment for independent innovation is the protection.
