摘要
经济发展呼唤企业家 ,企业家从本质上来讲是一个创新者 ,他的行为决定于思想意识 ,而思想意识又不可避免地受社会文化传统的影响。企业家的技能可以经过院校或实践培养得来 ,而社会的文化背景则是不可能在短期内塑造和逾越的。本文通过对中国传统文化中阻碍创新的因素和特点的分析 ,说明培育一种有利于企业家成长的创新文化环境是至关重要的。
The development of economy calls for entrepreneurs. An entrepreneur is in nature an innovator, whose behavior is determined by his/her ideology. However, one's ideology is inevitably affected by the cultural tradition of the society. Skills of an entrepreneur can be learned through school training or social practice while the cultural background of a society cannot be shaped or exceeded in a short time. In this paper, through analyzing those factors that block innovation in China's traditional culture, we draw the conclusion that an innovative cultural background beneficial for the development of entrepreneurs is extremely important.
