摘要
当今社会医院的医疗科研水平的高低以及新技术新项目的应用程度成为衡量医院业务水平的重要标志。医院科研管理水平的提高,直接关系着医院综合竞争力的提高。目前,该院针对科研做了大量工作,积极探索适应新时期的科研管理模式,提高科研管理水平,促进科研项目的开展,从而提升医院的综合竞争力。
At present, the level of medical scientific research and application level of new technology and project have become important signs of measuring hospital business. The improvement of medical scientific research management level is directly relat- ed to the improvement of hospital comprehensive competitiveness. In these years, our hospital has done a lot of work in scientific research, actively explored the scientific research management mode meeting the needs of the new era, improved the level of scien- tific research management, and promoted the development of scientific research projects, so as to enhance the integrated competi- tion ability of the hospital.
