摘要
目的观察针药结合治疗对椎基底动脉供血不足患者椎基底动脉血流速、血管内皮功能的影响。方法将62例椎基底动脉供血不足患者随机分为针药组(口服眩晕宁片联合针刺)和西药组(口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊),动态监测治疗前后椎基底动脉血流速、血清(浆)一氧化氮(NO)、血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)、血栓素B2(TXB2)6、-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)的水平变化。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后2组患者椎基底动脉血流速均显著改善(P均<0.05),血清(浆)NO、6-keto-PGF1α水平升高,ET-1、TXB2水平降低(P均<0.05);针药组改善椎基底动脉血流速、升高血清NO与6-keto-PGF1α的含量水平、降低血浆TXB2含量的作用均明显优于西药组(P均<0.05)。结论针药结合治疗可显著改善患者椎基底动脉血流速及血管内皮功能,提高治愈好转率。
Objective It is to observe the influence of acupuncture combined with medicine on blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery and vascular endothelial function in patients with vertebrobasilar arterial insufficiency.Methods 62 patients with vertebrobasilar arterial insufficiency were randomly divided into two groups.Acupuncture combined with medicine group was treated with Xuanyunning tablet taken orally combined with acupuncture.Western medicine group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule taken orally.The level changes of blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery,serum nitric oxide(NO),plasma endothelin-1(ET-1),thromboxane B2(TXB2) and 6-keto-prostaglandin1α(6-keto-PGF1α) before and after treatment were dynamically detected.Results Compared with before treatment,the blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery in the two groups both significantly improved,the levels of serum NO and plasma 6-keto-PGF1α were all heightened and the levels of plasma ET-1 and TXB2 were all lowered(all P0.05).The effects of blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery improved,the levels of serum NO and plasma 6-keto-PGF1α heightened and the levels of plasma ET-1 and TXB2 lowered in acupuncture combined with medicine group were all superior to those in western medicine group(all P0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with medicine can significantly improve the blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery and vascular endothelial function and heighten the cure and improvement rates.
