摘要
目的 评价醒脑静治疗椎—基底动脉供血不足(VBI)的临床疗效.方法 采用随机分级对照法,将70例(VBI)患者分为醒脑静治疗组35例和对照组35例,进行疗效对比分析.结果 治疗组中显效24例,有效8例,有效率91.4%;对照组显效5例,有效18例,有效率65.7%,二组疗效差异有显著性(P<0.05).治疗组起效时间及最大效应时间均较对照组缩短(P<O.05).结论 醒脑静具醒神开窍、行痰通瘀、消解毒邪之功,是治疗VBI的安全、有效药物.
[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Xingnaojing for the treatment of vertebrobasolar ischemia.Methods 70cases of vertebrobasolar ischemia were divided two groups randomly served as therapeutic and controlling groups each with 35 cases, Xingnaojing was given to therapeutic group and Dansheng was given to controlling group.Results 91.4% of effective rate was obtained in the therapeutic group, 65.7% in controlling group. Conclusion Xingnaojing is effective medicine for the treatment of vertebrobasolar ischemia.
