摘要
目的观察针刺、艾灸结合治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足综合征(VBI)的临床疗效与单一针刺疗法的相对差异性,以及该法治疗VBI的作用机理。方法将30例患者采用针刺结合艾灸的方法治疗,观察患者症状、Vm、PI、DI治疗前后的变化,与单纯针刺组进行对照。结果和结论针灸组治愈率和总有效率均明显高于针刺组,针灸组Vm、PI和DI治疗前后均有显著性差异,提示针灸结合疗法优于单纯针刺,是目前治疗VBI的最佳方法之一。
Objective To investigate the relative difference between the clinical efficacy of combined acupuncture and moxibustion and that of simple acupuncture for treating vertebrobasilar insufficiency（VBI） and the mechanism of the former treatment. Method Thirty patients were treated by acupuncture in combination with moxibustion. Vm, PI and DI were observed in the patients before and after treatment. A simple acupuncture group was established as a control. Results and Conclusion The cure rate and the total efficacy rate were significantly higher in the acupuncture-moxibustion group than in the acupuncture group. There were significant differences in Vm, PI and DI between pretreatment and posttreatment. It is suggested that a combination of acupuncture and moxibustion is superior to simple acupuncture and now one of best ways to treat VBI.
