摘要
目的 :制订河车大造胶囊的质量标准。方法 :用薄层色谱法鉴别紫河车 ;用薄层扫描法测定盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果 :薄层色谱法能检出紫河车斑点 ,而阴性对照无干扰 ;盐酸小檗碱在0 .4 2 4～ 2 .12 0 μg范围内有良好的线性关系 ,平均回收率为 98.95% ,RSD为 2 .4 0 % (n =5)。结论 :本法可用于河车大造胶囊的质量控制。
Objective:To draw the quality standard of Heche Dazao capsule.Method:To distinguish Planceta Hominis by thin-layer chromatography(TLC);To determine the content of berberine hydrochloride by thin-layer scanning(TLC) method.Result:TLC method could distinguish spots in Planceta Hominis,and it wasn't interfered in negative control group.There was a good lineal relation at range of 0.424～2.120μg,The average recycle rate was 98.9%,RSD was 2.40%(n=5).Conclusion:This method can be used in quality control of Heche Dazao capsule.
