摘要
秋水仙碱在硫酸溶液中水解后产生弱的稳定的荧光。在pH4~pH6范围内,镧(Ⅲ)离子可与水解秋水仙碱发生络合反应,络合后荧光强度增加了6倍。最大激发及发射波长为246nm和430nm。在0.1~10mg/L浓度范围内,荧光强度与浓度有良好的线性关系。本方法已用于片剂中秋水仙碱含量的测定,测定下限为0.1mg/L,相对标准偏差为4.3%。
table fluorescence is emitted after colchicine is hydrolyzed in hot sulfuric
acid solution. The fluorescence intensity is increased by 6 times after the hydrolyzate is
complexed with lanthanum() ion in the pH range of 46, upon which a fluorescence method has
been developed for the determination of colchicine in tablet. There is a good linear relationship
between the fluorescence intensity and the concentration of colchicine in the range of 0.1-10
mg/L.The excitation and emission peaks were at 246nm and 430nm, respectively.
