摘要
2009年以来,美国积极推进有毒物质控制法案(TSCA)改革工作,并在2010年引入若干项化学品安全管理法规提案。在详细介绍美国化学品安全管理框架及改革新进展的基础上,深入分析了其对我国产生的潜在影响,并提出了应对策略与建议。
U. S. has promoted the reform of TSCA actively since 2009, and several regulation proposals on chemical safety management during 2010 are introduced. U. S. chemical safety management framework and the new advances on reform are introduced in detail, on this basis, the potential impact on our country is detailedly analyzed, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
