摘要
回顾了我国学者对化学品环境安全管理研究的系列成果,分析了危险化学品和普通化学品的环境安全管理现状和发展趋势,并与发达国家对危险化学品及普通化学品的环境安全管理进行了简要比较,指出为了环境安全对普通化学品加强研究和监管是需要的。
This paper reviews the current research and development trend of environmental safety management of hazardous chemicals and general chemicals,and analyzes the environmental safety management of dangerous chemicals and general chemicals with developed countries. A brief comparison indicates that it is necessary to strengthen research and regulation of general chemicals for environmental safety.
