摘要
在实验中采用超声波、低温碱化和分段升温等新工艺,制备了高取代度的羧甲基壳聚糖。确定了最佳反应条件:m(壳聚糖)∶m(氯乙酸)∶m(氢氧化钠)=1∶5∶5,反应时间为4 h,反应温度为60℃。在最佳反应条件下,制得的羧甲基壳聚糖取代度高达1.6。
A high substitution degree carboxymethyl chitosan was prepared with new techniques like sultrasonic irradiation, low temperature alkalization, increasing temperature in different sections, etc. , in the experiment. The optimum reaction conditions are identified: mass ratio between chitosan, chloroactie acid and sodium hydroxide is 1:5:5, the reaction time is 4 h, and the reaction temperature is 60℃. The substitution degree of prepared carboxymethvl chitosan is as hiah as 1.6.
