摘要
目的观察自制MB5型原子吸收分光光度仪稀释液在临床应用中的效果。方法采用吐温-100和聚氧乙烯醚配成3种不同的稀释液,编号分别为A、B、C,配好后测定其空白吸光度,并用此稀释液来测定患者全血中锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、铁(Fe)等微量元素,并与配套稀释液测定结果进行比较。结果 B稀释液测定Zn、Cu、Ca、Mg、Fe与配套稀释液测定结果无显著差异(P>0.05),A、C稀释液测定结果与配套稀释液测定结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。B稀释液放置3个月后空白吸光度无明显变化(P>0.05),且与配套稀释液测定患者全血微量元素结果无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 B稀释液能够代替配套稀释液用于临床,效果较好,既方便又节约开支。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of dilute solution made in self-made MB5-type atomic absorption spectrophotometer.Methods Three kind of different dilute solution used Twer-100 and the polyethyleneoxide matches,respectively was A,B,C.After made up,determined its blank extinction,and determined in the patient whole blood with this diluent the zinc（Zn）,the copper（Cu）,the calcium（Ca）,the magnesium（Mg）,the iron（Fe）and so on,and carried on the comparison with the instrument necessary diluent determination result.Results The reasults of B dilute solution determination of Zn,Cu,Ca,Mg,Fe and supporting dilute solution determination showed no significant difference（P0.05）,the results of A,C dilute solution determination and supporting dilute solution determination was significantly different（P0.01）.The blank absorbance of B dilute solution after 3 months was no significant difference（P0.05）,and with the instrument necessary diluent determination result in whole blood were no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion B dilute solution can replace supporting dilute solution to use in clinical,the effect is good.
